This Privacy Policy explains how Chastity Watson, a sole proprietor doing business as Sunshine and Sips on Tap, together with its successors and assigns ("Sunshine and Sips on Tap," "we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses personal information through sunshinetaptrailer.com (the "Site") and when you contact us about a rental.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us. When you use our contact form, estimate tool, or date hold page, we collect what you enter. This can include your name, email, phone number, event date and type, guest count, hours, venue address or city, add ons, and your message.

2.2 Payments. Date hold payments are made on Stripe's secure checkout page. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment and any refund.

2.3 Information collected automatically. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect information about how you use the Site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions like completing an estimate or a form. When you send the contact form, we also record your browser type and country. Our forms use a security check that processes your IP address to keep out spam and bots.

2.4 How you found us. When you arrive on the Site, your browser remembers the first page you visited, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as UTM tags or ad click IDs). This stays in your browser unless you send a contact form or date hold, in which case it is included with your submission automatically.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• (a) respond to you and send quotes and rental agreements;
• (b) calculate estimates, travel, and sales tax, and check availability;
• (c) process date holds, payments, and refunds;

4.2 The Site also uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure visits to the Site and how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram work. It uses cookies to record when a page is viewed and when a visitor sends our contact form, places a date hold, or taps to call or email us. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or the details you type into our forms to Meta.
