Effective Date: October 23, 2026
Last Updated: October 23, 2026
1. Who We Are and Acceptance
1.1 These Terms of Use (these "Terms") apply to your use of sunshinetaptrailer.com (the "Site") and to estimates, date holds, and inquiries made through it. The Site is operated by Chastity Watson, a sole proprietor doing business as Sunshine and Sips on Tap, together with its successors and assigns ("Sunshine and Sips on Tap," "we," "us," or "our").
1.2 By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1.3 By using the Site or contacting us electronically, you agree that we may communicate with you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry, hold, or rental.
1.4 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, place a hold, or book a rental. Each rental agreement must be signed by an adult.
2. What We Offer
2.1 Sunshine and Sips on Tap rents a self serve 4 tap mobile drink trailer and related equipment for events. We are based in Bradenton, Florida, and deliver to Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Pete, Tampa, and surrounding areas.
2.2 Rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup of the trailer. Rentals do not include personnel to operate the equipment during the event unless the Rental Agreement says otherwise.
3. Booking Basics
3.1 Estimates. Estimates on the Site are for planning only. They are not final pricing and do not reserve a date. All pricing is subject to our review and a signed Rental Agreement.
3.2 Booking window. Bookings require at least 2 days' notice and may be made up to 2 years in advance. For other dates, please contact us.
3.3 Date hold. A $100 payment holds your event date for 48 hours while we prepare your Rental Agreement. If the Rental Agreement is signed within 48 hours, the $100 is credited toward your retainer. If it is not, the hold ends, the date is released, and the $100 is refunded automatically. A hold is not a booking. Availability is confirmed when your booking is confirmed.
3.4 Booking confirmation. Your booking is confirmed when the Rental Agreement is signed and the retainer is paid.
3.5 Retainer and balance. A retainer of 30% of the rental price is due at signing. The retainer is nonrefundable, but it may be moved once to a new date within 12 months. The balance is due 14 days before the event, or 30 days before the event for weddings.
3.6 Damage card hold. Before delivery, we place a $300 hold on a payment card ($500 for multi day rentals). Details are set out in the Rental Agreement.
3.7 Sales tax. Prices on the Site are before Florida sales tax, which is added as required by law.
3.8 Payments. Online payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.9 Accurate information. Please give us accurate details, especially your event date and venue address, since these affect pricing, travel, and sales tax. We may correct an estimate that is based on incomplete or incorrect information, or that contains an error.
3.10 One event per day. We book one event per day. An overnight rental also reserves the following day.
4. Your Rental Agreement Controls
Each rental is governed by its signed rental agreement (the "Rental Agreement"), which covers cancellations, rescheduling, use of the equipment, damage, weather, and other rental terms. If anything on the Site, including these Terms, conflicts with a signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement controls.
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 You are responsible for getting any permission needed to have the trailer delivered to and used at your event location, such as approval from the property owner or venue.
5.2 You agree to use the trailer and equipment safely, for their intended purpose, and in line with applicable laws and venue rules.
5.3 You are responsible for what is placed in the taps and for the conduct of your guests during the rental. Additional responsibilities are described in the Rental Agreement.
6. Using the Site
6.1 Please use the Site only for lawful purposes and only to learn about, price, hold, or ask about a rental.
6.2 You agree not to submit false information, send spam or automated submissions, interfere with the Site's security or bot checks, or disrupt the Site's operation.
6.3 We may decline any inquiry or hold, or limit access to the Site, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
7. Our Content
The text, photos, logos, and design of the Site belong to Sunshine and Sips on Tap or are used with permission. You may view them for personal use, but please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Other Websites
The Site links to and uses services run by others, such as Stripe's checkout page, social media sites, and local partners. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Website Disclaimer
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ESTIMATES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE SITE ONLY. THE RENTAL AGREEMENT GOVERNS THE RENTAL.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY RIGHTS OR OBLIGATIONS UNDER A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT.
11. Indemnity
You agree to reimburse and protect Sunshine and Sips on Tap from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, storms, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or internet or service outages. How rescheduling or refunds work in those cases is set out in the Rental Agreement.
13. Florida Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought only in the state courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
14. General
14.1 If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
14.2 If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not waived it.
14.3 These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed Rental Agreement are the full agreement between you and us about the Site.
14.4 We may transfer these Terms to a successor business, including a business entity formed to operate Sunshine and Sips on Tap. You may not transfer a hold or booking without our written consent.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on the Site and changing the "Last Updated" date. Changes do not affect a hold already placed or a Rental Agreement already signed.
