Self-serve tap trailer FAQ
In short: our self-serve 4-tap trailer pours anything that comes in a keg, needs no power, and rents from $595 for 3 hours in Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Pete and Tampa, with delivery, setup and cleanup included.

What can the trailer pour?
Anything that comes in a keg: iced coffee, cold brew, soda, kombucha, lemonade, sparkling water, beer, wine and more. With four taps you can offer four different drinks. Tell us what you'd like and we'll coordinate it.
Do you supply the drinks?
We take care of it. Pick what you'd like on tap, and we'll coordinate with our local coffee and beverage partners to have it there and ready when your guests arrive. You pay for the drinks you choose, and we handle everything else: delivery, setup, ice, CO2 and cleanup. Drinks are separate from the rental price, and we'll go over options and pricing with you.
Does it need power?
No. The taps are cooled with ice, so the trailer needs no electricity and works almost anywhere: backyards, barns, parks, beaches and venue lawns.
What's included?
The self-serve 4-tap trailer, delivery, ice, CO2, 100 cups (12 oz), lights over the taps and shelf, setup and cleanup. It's ready to pour when your guests arrive. The drinks you choose are paid for separately, and we coordinate them for you.
Do we have to clean up afterward?
No. When the party's over, we take care of the trailer, dispose of any leftover drinks, pack everything up and haul it away.
Is the lighted canopy included?
The lighted canopy is an optional add-on and is not included in the base price. The lights over the taps and shelf are included with every rental. You can add it for $75 in our estimate tool, or just ask us.
Can I get a price online?
Yes. Our estimate tool gives you an instant estimate with travel and sales tax. Estimates are for planning purposes only, aren't final pricing, and are subject to our review and a signed rental agreement.
Can I hold my date online?
Online holds are coming soon. For now, call 828-808-2704, email hello@sunshinetaptrailer.com or send us a message, and we'll reserve your date and send your rental agreement. We book one event per day.
What if my event doesn't fit a package?

How much does it cost?
Starting at $595 for a 3-hour minimum, including delivery, ice, CO2, setup and cleanup. Extra hours are $125. Overnight (about 4 pm–7 am, up to 15 hours) is $1,295 on standard dates for any event, weddings included; weekday and peak dates are priced differently, and the estimate tool shows your exact price. Multi-day is by quote. The drinks you choose are paid for separately. All prices plus Florida sales tax.
Is there a separate wedding price?
No. Weddings use the same pricing as any other event, including the overnight rental (about 4 pm–7 am, up to 15 hours), which is priced by date.
Where do you deliver?
All around Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Pete and Tampa, including Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Venice, St. Pete Beach and Clearwater. Not on the list? Just ask. Any travel cost for your venue shows in your estimate, calculated from your exact address.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 30% retainer books your date. It's non-refundable but can be moved once within 12 months. The balance is due 14 days before an event (30 days before a wedding).
What is your cancellation policy?
Money paid beyond the retainer is refunded 100% if you cancel more than 14 days out, 50% at 7–14 days, and not refunded under 7 days.
Is there a damage deposit?
Before delivery we place a separate $300 refundable hold on a card ($500 for multi-day rentals), plus the actual repair cost if anything is damaged. A $200 cleaning fee applies only if the trailer comes back with an excessive mess.
What if my event runs long?
Time past your booked rental is billed at $125 per hour.
Where can the trailer be parked?
On private property or a venue lot that allows it. We set it with the hitch lock and wheel chocks on, and the renter is responsible for the trailer until we pick it up. Please check with your venue that they allow the trailer.
Is sales tax included?
No. Prices are before Florida sales tax (the state 6% plus the delivery county's surtax), which applies to the whole invoice and is shown as its own line.
