Hold terms

48-hour date hold. Your $100 payment holds your event date for 48 hours while we review your details and prepare your rental agreement. We book one event per day.
If you sign the rental agreement within 48 hours, the $100 is credited toward the 30% retainer that's due at signing.
If no rental agreement is signed within 48 hours, the hold ends, the date is released, and your $100 is refunded in full automatically.
An overnight booking also holds the next calendar day.
Your estimate is for planning only. Final pricing is subject to our review and a signed rental agreement.
