Tap trailer rental prices & packages
Our self-serve 4-tap trailer rental starts at $595 for 3 hours, with extra hours at $125 and overnight at $1,295 for any event, weddings included. Some dates are priced differently, and the instant estimate shows the exact price for your date. Delivery, setup, ice, CO2, 100 cups and cleanup are included; prices are plus Florida sales tax.
Every rental includes the self-serve 4-tap trailer, delivery, ice, CO2, 100 cups, lights over the taps and shelf, setup and cleanup. We coordinate the drinks you pick with our local beverage partners; drinks are paid for separately. All prices are plus Florida sales tax.

Extra hours
$125 per hour
Need more than three hours? Add time by the hour. For example, a 4-hour rental is $595 + $125 = $720.
Overnight
$1,295 standard dates
Typically 4 pm–7 am, up to 15 hours. The same price for any event, weddings included. Overnight pricing depends on your date: weekdays (Mon–Thu) cost less, and peak dates (like fall and spring Saturdays and holidays) cost a little more. The estimate tool shows your exact price.

Multi-day
Festivals, multi-day celebrations and longer activations are priced by quote. Call 828-808-2704 or send an inquiry.
Delivery & travel
Delivery is included within 35 driving miles of Bradenton. Farther venues: travel is calculated from your address in the estimate.
Florida sales tax
Prices are quoted before tax. Florida sales tax (the state 6% plus the surtax of the county where the trailer is delivered) applies to the whole invoice, including delivery, setup and any overtime, and is shown as its own line on your invoice.
Booking terms

| To book | A 30% retainer is due when you sign the rental agreement. The retainer is non-refundable, but it can be moved once within 12 months. |
| Balance | Due 14 days before your event (30 days before a wedding; the price is the same). |
| Cancellations | Money paid beyond the retainer is refunded 100% if you cancel more than 14 days out, 50% at 7–14 days, and not refunded under 7 days. |
| Damage hold | A separate $300 refundable card hold before delivery ($500 for multi-day rentals), plus the actual repair cost if anything is damaged. |
| Cleaning | $200, only if the trailer comes back with an excessive mess. |
| Overtime | Time past your booked rental is billed at $125 per hour. |
| On site | The trailer stays on private property or a venue lot that allows it, with the hitch lock and wheel chocks on. The renter is responsible for the trailer until pickup. |
